- Do you accept Day Guests?
Millcroft Spa is accepting Day Spa Guests, 7 days a week.
Please note that Day Spa Guests who have a treatment reserved may enjoy use of the facilities for the entire day.
- What are the prices for entry?
Day passes for our hot spring pools, outdoor swimming pool, indoor pool, jacuzzi tub, dry sauna, and steam room are available 7 days a week for $75 per person.
*Please note between December 20, 2025 – January 4, 2026, Day Passes will have limited availability, for $95 per person.
NEW This fall & winter, evening passes are now available Monday – Thursday from 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. for $50 per person.

Day pass guests are welcome to enjoy the Spa amenities from 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., and will receive a locker in the changeroom with robe, towel. Guests need to bring their own sandals.
Black-out dates do apply for Holidays and peak times. Day pass fee is waived for hotel guests and guests who have spa treatments at the Millcroft Spa.
- Is there parking available?
Complimentary parking is included.
- What are the Conditions and Cancellation Policy?
72-hour cancellation applies to all individual treatments. Full charges apply to any treatments cancelled within the policy. The Corporate Group cancellation policy is 30-days prior. Full charges apply to any treatments cancelled within the policy.
To cancel or modify your day pass we require notice 72 hours in advance in order to waive the penalty charges. Cancellations within 72 hours of arrival will result in the full day pass charge plus applicable taxes.
Day passes will be held until noon and evening passes will be held until 7:00 p.m. on the day of reservation. If you have not arrived or called to indicate that you will be late, we will mark your reservation as a no-show and charge the credit card on file for the full day pass charge plus applicable taxes.
- How old do you need to be to visit the spa?
Our Guests expect a quiet and tranquil environment. For the comfort of others, we ask that all guests respect spa etiquette. Please enjoy quiet conversation and refrain from using cell phones or other electronic devices to protect the privacy of our guests. Children must be 12 years of age or older to visit the spa to enjoy spa treatments and 16 years of age or older to use the hot spring pools. We are a smoke-free environment.
- What are your opening hours?
Daily: 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. for Hotel Guests
Daily: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. for Day Guests
Monday – Thursday: 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. for Evening Guests - How far ahead should reservations be made?
We recommend that you book as soon as possible. We are currently booking 2-3 months in advance, availability can be limited, especially on weekends and during holiday periods. Please note that RMT (Registered Massage Therapist) massage may sell out sooner than our other face & body care treatments.
- What should I bring?
Please plan to arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment time to register and change before your treatment. Arriving just in time will cheat you of precious minutes of your service. We complete each experience punctually so the next client will not be delayed. A locker, robe, and towels will be provided. You are advised to leave your valuables at home as the spa can not assume responsibility for lost or misplaced items. Please bring your workout clothing and a bathing suit so you may enjoy our facilities including our fitness room, indoor and outdoor heated pool, sauna, steam room, and of course our wonderful outdoor hot spring pools and polar plunge pool.
- Do you accept US Dollars?
Yes.
- Can we eat on site?
Yes, the spa has a café to enjoy a snack, lunch or drinks.
No outside food or drink is permitted for consumption within the spa or in the spa facilities.
- Are children allowed on site?
Children over the age of 12 are allowed on site to enjoy treatments and 16 years of age or older to use the hot spring pools. Please note that spa is a whisper zone and care should be taken to ensure a tranquil environment.
- Is the site accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, the spa is elevator accessible. Hydraulic beds are also an option available. Please mention your needs at the time of booking so we can accommodate you.
- Do you accept groups? Do you have special group rates?
Yes we accept groups for a corporate retreat, a bridal party, or a girls’ getaway.
We offer discounts for Corporate Groups based upon: 6+ Guests = 10% discount (Monday-Friday only) (Individual treatments only, RMT massage & packages not included).
- Are registered massage therapists available? Do you provide insurance receipts?
Yes Millcroft Spa employs both Registered Massage Therapists and Holistic practitioners. We have both male and female therapists, specific requests will try to be accommodated at the time of booking however same day changes are not permitted. Yes we provide insurance receipts. If you need an insurance receipt please request this at the time of booking.
- Are there any restrictions to any of the treatments available?
Yes, 80 minute massages are only available Monday – Friday.
- Can we purchase spa products on-site?
Yes. Continue your transformation with a personalized lifestyle program. Spa home care is available for purchase in our retail boutique.
