Millcroft Inn & Spa offers three unique accomodations: The Main Mill, with cozy rooms overlooking Shaw’s Creek Falls; The Manor House, featuring spacious rooms, some with private verandas; and The Crofts, chalet-style units with patios or hot tubs. All accommodations include upscale amenities like deluxe bedding, Nespresso machines, evening turndown service, and more.

Yes, accessible rooms are available. We provide accommodations designed with accessibility in mind, and we recommend contacting us in advance to confirm availability and to discuss any specific requirements for your stay.
- Are pets allowed at Millcroft Inn & Spa?
Millcroft Inn & Spa welcomes dogs in our limited pet-friendly rooms for a $35 plus tax fee per dog (max two dogs per room). We do not accept other pets due to allergy concerns.
Dogs must be leashed in public areas, put in a crate if left alone, and owners are responsible for cleanup and managing noise. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant, spa, lounge, or health club. Service dogs with proper certification are exempt.

- What is Millcroft Inn & Spa’s cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change, so we’ve designed our cancellation policy to be as fair as possible. For leisure reservations, cancellations made within 3 days of arrival will be subject to a penalty charge of one night’s room rate and tax, in addition to any non-refundable charges for special packages or promotions.
For group block reservations, cancellations received within 14 days of arrival will be charged the full cost of the stay.
