At Millcroft Inn & Spa, we want to make sure that all our guests receive a superior spa experience. To ensure that all guests have an enjoyable experience, please consider the following spa etiquette when visiting us.
How to Make Reservations at Millcroft Inn & Spa
All spa appointments must be reserved in advance, walk-ins will not be permitted. To schedule an appointment at the spa you will need to provide a valid credit card number to secure your reservation. Please note that treatment times are approximate in length. All our prices are in Canadian dollars and are subject to change. Spa treatments are subject to availability. We advise you to reserve your appointment at least 3 weeks in advance so that we may meet your scheduling requests. We encourage you to utilize weekday appointment times for utmost serenity. A valid credit card is required to reserve your appointment.
To eliminate a point of contact all payments must be made by debit or credit card. We will not be accepting cash.
When to Arrive at the Spa
Please plan to arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment. This allows you time to park your car, check-in at the Spa reception desk, complete your health form, access your locker and change for your treatment(s). Arriving late will cheat you of precious minutes of your service as we complete each experience on time so the next client will not be delayed.
Hand sanitizer will be supplied and must be used upon entry to the building. At the time of arrival, a completed health form will be required before each treatment.
Only guests with a scheduled spa treatment will be permitted to access the spa.
Delays: Please note that late arrivals may result in the cancellation or shortening the length of treatment to avoid inconveniences to other guests. Full treatment fee will be applied.
What is the Health Form?
We ask all guests to complete a mandatory health form on arrival so that our therapists can prepare your experience and offer expertise tailored to your needs. Please advise us at the time of booking of any relevant health conditions.
Millcroft Inn & Spa’s treatments are provided by either male or female therapists. Please inform us if you require an insurance receipt when reserving your appointment. Health claim receipts may be issued for RMT massages. Please advise if you are paying with a gift certificate so we may indicate this on the receipt.
What to Bring
We will provide you with a robe, and a secure space to store your belongings upon arrival. All lockers are thoroughly sanitized between each guest. Please make sure you bring your own bathing suit and slippers.
Please refrain from bringing large items to the spa with you. We strongly recommend leaving your valuables at home as the spa cannot assume responsibility for lost or misplaced items.
Staff & Service Providers
We have both male and female massage therapists. If you have a preference for a male or female therapist, this request must be made when booking, it cannot be guaranteed.
All registered massage therapist providers and guests having a registered massage appointment are both required to wear a mask inside the treatment room ONLY as dictated by the College of Massage Therapists until further notice.
We strive to offer our guests a quiet and tranquil environment for optimal relaxation. For the comfort of others, please enjoy quiet conversation and refrain from using cell phones or other electronic devices. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
The spa and pool are smoke-free environments.
When Can Hotel Guests Access the Spa?
Hotel Guests have complimentary use of the fitness facilities and water therapies during their stay from 1 p.m. on the day of arrival until 1 p.m. on the day of departure.
Millcroft Inn & Spa Hot Spring Pools
Hot spring pools and facilities are open daily from 9am-9pm to IN-HOUSE hotel guests. Day passes are available Monday – Friday only. Day passes can be purchased on a first-come, first-serve basis daily and cannot be booked in advance.
Facilities are included if day-spa treatments are over $100+ per person. Treatments less than $100 are subject to a day-pass fee of $35 + tax per person. Day Spa facility access is from 9am – 6pm (Access is included 2-hours prior to treatment time and anytime after until 6pm). To inquire if there are still day passes available before driving down, please call the spa directly at 519-941-8111 ex. 5357. No holds will be done over the phone, they must be purchased in person at the desk to secure your spot, even if accompanying someone with a service booked as limited capacity does not allow us to sell more than 10 day passes each day.

Our skilled practitioners will notify you on how to maintain your post treatment glow inside and out. Gift Certificates for Spa Services

Cancellations or Modifications
To cancel or modify your individual spa appointment we require 72 hours notice so as to avoid any penalties or fees. After 72 hours, full service fees will be charged. Cancellation policies for corporate groups are subject to the terms & conditions as outlined in the contract.
Gratuities for Spa Services
Should you wish to leave a gratuity, we will happily provide you with an envelope at our reception desk or can simply add it to your bill upon request. Gratuities are not included in any of the spa treatment prices.
