Hotel at-a-glance
The Millcroft Inn & Spa originally housed the Alton Knitting Mill built by prominent citizen Benjamin Ward in 1881. Its historic run ceased in 1965; however, history was not finished with the property on the millpond in Alton. The Inn has since been elaborately renovated to preserve its original architectural beauty and complements the woodland setting, shimmering waters and rolling hills that remain the hallmark of the Millcroft Inn & Spa.
With an 100 acre landscape, 52 guest rooms across three buildings, spacious meeting facilities, gourmet cuisine in the award-winning Headwaters Restaurant and relaxing outdoor hot spring pools, this Caledon retreat is the elegant countryside escape you’ve been searching for.
