Can I visit Millcroft Spa as a day guest?
Yes, we welcome day spa guests seven days a week.
Guests with a booked treatment are invited to enjoy full access to the spa facilities for the entire day.

Do you offer spa day passes?
Yes, day passes are available Monday through Thursday only and include access to:
- Outdoor hot spring pools
- Outdoor swimming pool
- Polar plunge pool
- Indoor pool
- Jacuzzi
- Dry sauna and steam room
Day passes:
- $85 per person + tax
- Include six hours of access:
- 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
- 3:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
- Include a locker, robe, towel and sandals
To maintain a tranquil environment, availability is limited.
Please note:
- Blackout dates apply during holidays and peak periods
- Day pass fees are waived for hotel guests and guests with spa treatments
Day passes can be purchased online. Once purchased, you will receive a confirmation with a QR code that you will need to present at Millcroft Spa to be scanned upon your arrival. Passes are non refundable once purchased.

Yes, complimentary on-site parking is available.

What is your cancellation policy?
- Individual treatments: 72-hour cancellation policy (full charges apply within this window)
- Corporate groups: 30-day cancellation policy
For day passes:
- 72 hours’ notice is required to cancel or modify without penalty
- Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full
Day passes are held until:
- 12:00 p.m. (morning passes)
- 7:00 p.m. (evening passes)

What is the minimum age to visit the spa?
- Ages 12+: facials and nail services
- Ages 16+: all other treatments and access to hot spring pools
Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during treatments.

What are your spa hours?
The spa is open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

How far in advance should I book a spa appointment?
We recommend booking as early as possible. Appointments are often booked 2–3 months in advance, especially on weekends and holidays.
Please note that Registered Massage Therapy (RMT) appointments may book up more quickly.

What should I bring to my spa appointment?
Please arrive 30 minutes early to check in and change.
We provide:
- Locker
- Robe
- Towels
Please bring:
- Bathing suit
We recommend leaving valuables at home, as the spa is not responsible for lost items.

Yes, we accept US currency.

Is food available at the spa?
Yes, the Spa Café offers a selection of snacks, light meals and beverages.
Please note that outside food and drink are not permitted within the spa or its facilities.

Are children allowed at the spa?
Yes, guests 12 years and older are welcome for select treatments, and guests 16 years and older may access the hot spring pools.
Please note the spa is a quiet, relaxation-focused environment, and guests are asked to respect this atmosphere.

Is the spa accessible?
Yes, the spa is fully accessible by elevator, and hydraulic treatment beds are available. Please let us know your needs at the time of booking.

Do you offer group bookings or special rates?
Yes, we welcome groups for corporate retreats, bridal parties and social getaways.
Corporate group offer:
- 6+ guests: 10% discount (Monday–Friday only)
- Applies to individual treatments only (excludes RMT massage and packages)

Do you offer registered massage therapy (RMT)?
Yes, we offer both Registered Massage Therapy (RMT) and holistic treatments.
- Insurance receipts are available upon request
- Our team consists of male and female therapists. Although we try to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee preferences
- Same-day therapist changes cannot be guaranteed

Are there any treatment restrictions?
Yes, 80-minute massages are only available Monday through Friday.

Can I purchase spa products on-site?
Yes, a curated selection of spa products from industry-leading lines, such as Babor, Glow Skin Beauty and BioEffect, is available in our retail boutique to help you continue your experience at home.
