The Experience Wrap 80 minutes: $210
The Experience Wrap boosts circulation and energizes cell metabolism. Using a soft bristled body brush, a warm enzymatic exfoliant is applied all over the body to remove dry skin. The enzyme is removed with warm towels and then a hydrating body oil and rich body mask are applied. Once you are wrapped and cocooned in warmed blankets, an express Cleanformance facial completes the ultimate wrap experience. Each wrap includes a take home body brush used in their service so you can prolong the experience at home.

Elim MediHeel Pedicure Treatment 85 minutes: $115
Treat your tired feet to luxury! This treatment promotes circulation and improves the softness of the feet. Includes one-of-a-kind callus removal, foot cleansing, nail and cuticle work, AHA exfoliation and mud masque, and it finishes with a hydrating crème-to-powder lotion and fragrant gold spritz! We kindly ask that you arrive with nails free from shellac, gel or acrylic polish. A $25 soak off fee will be applied for shellac removal. Please note we cannot remove gel or acrylic polish.
Spa on the Twenty employs both Registered Massage Therapists and Holistic practitioners. If you need an insurance receipt, you must book a massage indicated as an “RMT” treatment at the time of booking. Alternatively, if you do not require an insurance receipt for benefits purposes, a relaxation massage with our Holistic practitioners will be offered instead. An insurance receipt cannot be provided by a Holistic practitioner. We have both male and female therapists; specific requests will try to be accommodated at the time of booking; however, same day changes are not permitted.

Registered Therapeutic Massage – RMT 50 minutes: $140 | 80 minutes: $185
With a focus on the physical health of the body, this is highly recommended for individuals experiencing tension or just generalized stiffness and soreness. Our registered massage therapists discuss your specific needs and engage with your sore muscles and tissues in ways that promote health and healing. Provided by male and female therapists.
Deep Tissue Massage – RMT 50 minutes: $160 | 80 minutes: $210
If you’ve encountered an athletic injury, you’re tense from leaning over a desk all day or your body just does not feel at its peak, a deep tissue massage is a great option to relieve stiffness. We focus on realigning the deeper layers of your muscles and connective tissue to reduce chronic aches and pains. Provided by male and female therapists.
Pregnancy Massage – RMT 50 minutes: $140
For more than nine months during your pregnancy, your body will be changing. With those beautiful changes often comes soreness, swelling and, potentially, discomfort. This is a healthy and safe way to give mom the pampering she deserves. Provided by male and female therapists.
Side by Side Massage
Our couple’s suite at Spa on the Twenty allows you access to your own private suite complete with a small lounge and a complimentary fruit plate for you to enjoy together with your service. Choose the massage of your preference from our service menu to enjoy with your special someone, for an additional $15 per person. Provided by male and female therapists.
Aura & Chakra Cleansing 50 minutes: $125
Experience the blissful alignment of your chakras spinning in harmony and your energy force flowing freely. You will be gently guided in the release of stress, energetic blocks and emotional congestion. With your chakras aligned and reenergized your emotions will feel more at peace and your mind calmed. Available Thursday and Friday afternoons.
Reiki 50 minutes: $125
Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. It treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit, creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and well-being. A reiki treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you.
Indian Head Massage 50 minutes: $125
A traditional therapeutic practice that focuses on the head, neck, and shoulders, promoting relaxation and holistic wellness through massage, pressure points, and reflex zones.
Reflexology 50 minutes: $130
Ancient hands-on method of stimulating reflex points on the feet, head and hands which help treat conditions in the body. Can help to reduce stress, tension and other minor ailments of the body. May not be recommended during pregnancy.
We proudly offer sumptuous facials from Dr. Babor, one of the world’s most luxurious brands, targeting all skin care concerns with cutting-edge science and soothing essential oil extracts. Kindly note, our facials do not include manual extractions as such practices can traumatize the skin. We rely instead on high-quality products to deeply cleanse pores and bring blockages to the surface for a beautiful, non-invasive result.
Guests who have received cosmeceutical treatments (i.e. Botox, fillers) are advised to observe a two-week recovery period before having a facial treatment.
Bio Effect EGF Imprinting Facial 50 minutes: $165
Experience Iceland’s “eternal glow.” This highly active, science-driven facial focuses on the benefits of plant-based bioidentical growth factors. The Prescriptive Facial is fully personalized and tailored to deliver exactly what your skin needs. Our skin therapists offer in-depth skin consultation, which allows them to adapt all aspects of the facial to suit every skin type. Your skin will be prescribed its very best facial treatment.
Take the Babor Prescriptive Facial to the next level with our extended 80-minute upgrade. Indulge your skin in a deeper exfoliation, and refresh your circulation with an icy cool Cryo Gua Sha drainage massage. The finishing mask is selected to best suit your skin type and makes this treatment suitable for all skin types, including the most sensitive or reactive of skins.
Couples Facial Experiences
Enjoy one of our relaxing and rejuvenating facials in our newly renovated couple’s suite for an additional $15 per person. Enjoy access to your own private suite, complete with a small lounge and a complimentary fruit plate for you to enjoy together with your service.
Please arrive with nails free from shellac, acrylic or gel polish. A 25-minute soak off appointment ($25 additional cost) is required to remove shellac and must be booked in advance. We cannot add it at the time of services as this would delay the next scheduled appointment. Our spa is not equipped with a Dremel tool; therefore, we are not able to remove gel and acrylic nails.
Classic Manicure 55 minutes: $65
A restorative nail treatment that includes the polish colour of your choice and a hand and nail massage. Completed with only the very best in hand and nail care, this truly indulgent experience makes for a perfect gift or way to prepare before a special night out.
Spa Manicure 80 minutes: $80
Upgrade your classic manicure experience and enjoy the benefits of an exfoliation, followed by a warm conditioning mask to soothe hardworking hands. The naturally scented oils of the eco-friendly and ethically sourced mask are expertly massaged into the hands and forearms to leave you feeling nourished and relaxed.
Shellac Manicure 55 minutes: $70
Shellac is the right choice for ladies looking to extend the shelf life of their spa manicure. We offer a wide variety of shellac colours and are also happy to remove previously applied products for a soak-off fee of $25.
Classic Pedicure 50 minutes: $80

Deep Cleansing French Clay Wrap + Mini Facial 80 minutes: $200
