Spa Etiquette

Reservations

Walk-ins and last minute appointments are now accepted but always subject to service availability. We advise that you schedule an appointment in advance to avoid disappointment, and to ensure you are able to receive your desired service. We encourage you to utilize weekday appointment times for utmost serenity. You will need to provide a valid credit card number to secure your reservation.

Please note that treatment times are approximate in length.

All our prices are in Canadian dollars and are subject to change. Treatments are subject to availability.

Arrival

To prepare for a day of pampering, we kindly ask that patrons arrive 15 minutes before the start of their appointment. This provides ample time to change, decompress and fill out a health profile. Late arrivals may result in the shortening of treatments to avoid inconveniencing other spa guests.

Day guests are required to provide a credit card to book, while inn guests may have spa charges applied to their room. To ensure maximum relaxation and enjoyment of our spa, guests must be 16 years or older.

Delays: Please note that late arrivals may result in the cancellation or shortening the length and a full treatment fee will be applied.

What to Bring

Guests receiving massage therapy are required to wear a mask during their treatment as per the CMTO. You are not required to wear a mask while in the general spa areas and lounge or during aesthetic services. You may still choose to wear a mask during your time at the spa but it is not mandatory for aesthetic services. Lockers and change room facilities are open if you would like to enjoy your services in a robe, or you can choose to change in your private treatment room before beginning your service.

Please refrain from bringing large items to the spa with you. You are advised to leave your valuables at home as the spa cannot assume responsibility for lost or misplaced items.

Staff & Service Providers

Some treatment providers may choose to wear a mask or gloves during your treatments. Massage Therapists will continue to wear a mask in their service and we ask that guests receiving a registered massage also wear a mask during their massage service. We have both male and female massage therapists. If you have a preference of male or female therapist this request must be made when booking, it cannot be guaranteed.
