All spa appointments must be reserved in advance, walk-ins will not be permitted. To schedule an appointment at the spa you will need to provide a valid credit card number to secure your reservation. Please note that treatment times are approximate in length. All our prices are in Canadian dollars and are subject to change. Treatments are subject to availability. We advise you to reserve your appointment at least 3 weeks in advance so that we may meet your scheduling requests. We encourage you to utilize weekday appointment times for utmost serenity. A valid credit card is required to reserve your appointment.
To eliminate a point of contact all payments must be made by debit or credit card. We will not be accepting cash.
To prepare for a day of pampering, we kindly ask that patrons arrive 30 minutes before the start of their appointment. This provides ample time to change, decompress and fill out a health profile. Late arrivals may result in the shortening of treatments to avoid inconveniencing other spa guests. A full treatment fee will be applied.
Day guests are required to provide a credit card to book, while inn guests may have spa charges applied to their room. To ensure maximum relaxation and enjoyment of our spa, guests must be 16 years or older.
Hand sanitizer will be supplied must be used upon entry to the building. Pre-screening for COVID-19 will take place by our helpful spa concierge at the time of arrival and a health form will be required to be completed before each treatment.
Only guests with a scheduled treatment will be permitted to access the spa.
Delays: Please note that late arrivals may result in the cancellation or shortening the length of treatment to avoid inconveniences to other guests. Full treatment fee will be applied.
What to Bring
Please bring a cloth mask with you to wear in the spa. All guests are required to wear the mask to enter the spa and during treatments. Lockers and change room facilities are closed at this time. You will be asked to change in your private treatment room before beginning your service.
Please refrain from bringing large items to the spa with you. You are advised to leave your valuables at home as the spa cannot assume responsibility for lost or misplaced items.
Staff & Service Providers
All team members within the spa are required to wear a mask. Some treatment providers will be wearing gloves during your treatments. We have both male and female massage therapists. If you have a preference of male or female therapist this request must be made when booking, it cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellation of individual appointments less than 72 hours in advance will result in a full charge. Appointment times totalling more than 7 hours require 7 days’ notice for cancellation to avoid a full charge.
However, if you are feeling un-well we will cancel your appointment with in the cancellation policy with no charge. Guests exhibiting signs of illness will be automatically cancelled upon arrival.

Gratuities are not included in the treatment price but are always appreciated for outstanding service. They can be given in the form of cash, as an addition to your credit card or debit transaction, or assigned to your guest suite.
Cellular devices are not permitted in the spa. We kindly ask that cell phones are left in your secure locker or suite. The spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
