After your event has been confirmed with Inn On The Twenty, you will be partnered with one of our on-site Conference Services Managers. They will outline all the important deadlines and work with you to ensure that your event is executed perfectly.
- What is the room rental cost?
Inn On The Twenty offers a competitive complete meeting package that includes your main plenary room rental. Please connect with our Meetings and Events Sales Team for rental rates.
- What size meeting rooms are available?
Inn On The Twenty’s secluded location offers the ideal place to host your next corporate event. Located in the heart of Niagara Wine Country and just over an hour from Toronto, we offer flexible spaces with modern amenities.
Confidently host your meetings in our boardrooms that hold up to 13 attendees. Meet in our Wine Library for a private atmosphere that can host up to 24 attendees. The Jordan Room is the perfect place to host a mid-sized meeting for up to 40 attendees. For larger, sophisticated rooms, book the Valley View room, up to 120 guests, or the spacious Windows on the Twenty, up to 200 guests.

- Do I have to leave a deposit to book a function room?
To confirm your event at Inn On The Twenty, a deposit is required.
- Can we put a room on hold until we make a decision?
Rooms and event spaces at Inn On The Twenty can only be reserved with a signed agreement.
- Do You Offer Corporate Packages?
Inn On The Twenty offers a variety of corporate packages for your corporate event needs. Packages include room rental, accommodations, and catering. Contact our Corporate Events Team to customize a corporate package to suit your specific needs.
- Who will be the contact from the Hotel on the day of our Corporate event?
You will be partnered with a dedicated Conference Services Manager. The Manager and our Conference Operations Team will be on-site during your event to guarantee that it is executed flawlessly.
- What alternative meals do you provide for people with allergies or for vegetarians?
Our chefs at Inn On The Twenty are pleased to accommodate all dietary restrictions and allergies. Many of our menus include selections for common dietary restrictions. Separate meals can be created upon request.
- Do you allow outside catering on premises?
The talented culinary team at Inn On The Twenty is happy to provide all catering on our premises. To ensure all food provided in our event spaces meets our standards, we do not allow outside catering.
- Where can corporate attendees stay during an event?
Inn On The Twenty is pleased to provide overnight accommodations on-site at a reduced corporate rate. We can accommodate overnight groups with up to 80 attendees.
- What amenities are onsite for attendees?
During their free time, your attendees can enjoy many of Inn On The Twenty’s amenities. Wine and dine in the oldest section of a historic winery dating back to 1871 when they eat at Inn On The Twenty Restaurant. Relax and rejuvenate between meetings at our full-service spa, Spa on the Twenty. Book a bike rental to explore Jordan Village’s historic locations and unique shops.
