The Grand Georgian Ballroom at Queen’s Landing is the hotel’s largest event space and one of the most distinctive conference and banquet venues in Niagara-on-the-Lake. The ballroom can accommodate up to 420 guests in theatre-style configuration and is supported by nine breakout rooms and a reception atrium on the dedicated conference floor. The Grand Georgian Ballroom is available for large conferences, galas, wedding receptions and multi-day corporate events, with on-site catering and full audiovisual services provided by the Queen’s Landing events team.

Queen’s Landing has two on-site dining venues. The main restaurant, La Regina, offers traditional Italian dining with harbour views of the Niagara River, featuring a seasonal menu that showcases local Ontario ingredients paired with Niagara wines and international vintages. Bacchus Lounge provides a casual pub-style setting with home-style Italian dishes, craft beer and a waterfront patio that opens in summer. The Sunday brunch at the main restaurant is a popular weekly event. Dining reservations are recommended, particularly on weekends and during Shaw Festival season.

Queen’s Landing is the only Vintage Hotels property built directly on the Niagara harbourfront, offering views of the Niagara River and Lake Ontario from many of its guest rooms and from the main dining room. Queen’s Landing offers 140 guest rooms across several categories: Traditional, Deluxe and Premium Guest Rooms, as well as Suites, Upper Cottage Guest Rooms and Lower Cottage Guest Rooms. The cottage-style rooms are located adjacent to the main hotel building and offer a quieter, more private setting with harbour views. More than half of all rooms feature a jetted tub, a fireplace or both. All rooms include plush bedding, flat-screen TVs, complimentary Wi-Fi and large windows. Higher-tier rooms facing the marina offer direct views of the Niagara River.
