At Queen’s Landing, we want to accommodate your needs, but please note our cancellation policy. For leisure reservations, if you cancel within 3 days of arrival, you will be charged one night’s room rate and tax, plus any non-refundable fees for special packages or promotions. For reservations connected to a contracted group block, cancellations within 14 days of arrival will incur a penalty charge equal to the full cost of the stay.
