Blackberry Mojito
For a taste of summer in Niagara-on-the-Lake, try this Blackberry Mojito, bursting with fresh fruit and invigorating flavors.

Ingredients:
5 oz Lime juice
1 oz Tequila
1 oz Simple syrup
Muddled black berries
Method:
- Begin by muddling fresh blackberries in a shaker.
- Add lime juice, tequila, and simple syrup into the shaker.
- Shake well over ice.
- Pour the mixture into a salt-rimmed tumbler filled with ice.
- Garnish with a lime wedge and fresh blackberries.
Niagara Peach Colada
Indulge in the taste of a Niagara summer with this creamy Peach Colada, blending the sweet essence of local peaches with tropical notes for a refreshing treat.

Ingredients:
1½ oz Juicy Peach Eau de Vie
1 oz Aperol
2 oz Coconut milk
1 oz Pineapple juice
1 oz Simple syrup
Pineapple for garnish
Method:
- Combine Juicy Peach Eau de Vie, Aperol, coconut milk, pineapple juice, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice.
- Shake well until chilled, and then pour into a glass.
- Garnish with a slice of fresh pineapple.
Aperol Coconut Margarita
Imagine a warm Niagara summer evening with this vibrant Aperol Coconut Margarita, a refreshing blend of Tequila, Aperol, coconut, and lime.

Ingredients:
1½ oz of your favorite Blanco Tequila
½ oz Aperol
½ oz Cream of coconut
1½ tbsp Fresh lime juice
Slice of orange for garnish
Method:
- Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake until well chilled (30 – 40 seconds).
- Strain into a old-fashioned glass and garnish with an orange slice.
