Executive Chef Chris Smythe
Born and raised in Niagara, Chef Chris began his journey as an apprentice at our hotel. In September of 2011, he brought his culinary expertise and farm-to-table menu back to the Prince of Wales when he was promoted to Executive Chef at Noble Restaurant.Learn More
