Please plan to arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment. This allows you time to park your car, check-in at the Spa reception desk, complete your health form, access your locker and change for your treatment(s). Arriving late will cheat you of precious minutes of your service as we complete each experience on time so the next client will not be delayed.
What to Bring
We will provide you with a robe, a pair of slippers and a secure space to store your belongings upon arrival. We strongly recommend to leave your valuables at home as the spa cannot assume responsibility for lost or misplaced items.
We ask all guests to complete a mandatory health form on arrival so that our therapists can prepare your experience and offer expertise tailored to your needs. Please advise us at time of booking of any relevant health conditions.
Our treatments are provided by either male or female therapists. Please inform us if you require an insurance receipt when reserving your appointment. Health claim receipts may be issued for RMT massages. Please advise if you are paying with a gift certificate so we may indicate this on the receipt.
We strive to offer our guests a quiet and tranquil environment. For the comfort of others, please enjoy quiet conversation and refrain from using cell phones or other electronic devices. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
The spa and pool are smoke-free environments.
Spa Amenities & Day Passes
We invite you to enjoy our saltwater pools, hot springs (at 100 Fountain Spa) saunas, whirlpool, or relax with a beverage in the spa lounge. Our facilities are open from 7:00 a.m. – 10:30 p.m. daily.
Hotel Guests have complimentary use of the fitness facilities and water therapies during their stay from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival until noon on the day of departure.
Day guests who have a minimum spend of $100* on spa services will be permitted to use our facilities 2 hours prior to their reserved treatment time and until 10:00 p.m. Day guests who have treatments totalling under $100* may use the facilities with the purchase of a $35* day pass.
Day guests who wish to purchase only a day pass may do so for a rate of $55* on a first come, first serve basis. Day passes for children 12 years and under can be purchased for $15* per child. Day passes are valid Sunday – Friday ONLY (excluding Saturdays and holiday weekends).
Guests must be 16 and older to use the Hot Springs.
*Plus taxes and not including gratuities.
Cancellations or Modifications
To cancel or modify your individual appointment we require 72 hours notice so as to avoid any penalties or fees. After 72 hours, full service fees will be charged. Cancellation policy for corporate groups are subject to the terms & conditions as outlined in the contract.
Should you wish to leave a gratuity, we will happily provide you with an envelope at our reception desk or we can simply add it to your bill upon request. Gratuities are not included in any of the treatment prices.
