Do you offer spa day passes?
Yes, day passes are available Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) and include access to:
- Indoor pool
- Whirlpool sauna
- Fitness centre
- Spa relaxation lounge
Day passes:
- $35 per person
- Optional upgrade: $55 including a $25 Churchill Lounge food credit (must be used same day)
- Available based on availability and must be purchased in person
- Cannot be booked in advance

Hotel guests enjoy access to spa facilities from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. on both arrival and departure days

What is your cancellation policy?
- Individual treatments: 72-hour cancellation policy (full charges apply within this window)
- Corporate groups: 30-day cancellation policy

What is the minimum age to visit the spa?
- Ages 12+: facials and nail services (excluding Serenity Ritual)
- Ages 16+: all other treatments and access to spa facilities
Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during treatments.

What are your spa hours?
The Secret Garden Spa is open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Spa facilities (pool, whirlpool, fitness centre) are available from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

How far in advance should I book a spa appointment?
We recommend booking as early as possible. Availability may be limited within three weeks of arrival, especially on weekends and holidays.

What should I bring to my spa appointment?
Please arrive 30 minutes early to check in and change.
We provide:
- Locker
- Robe
- Towels
Please bring:
- Bathing suit
- Workout attire (for the fitness room)
We recommend leaving valuables at home, as the spa is not responsible for lost items.

Is food available at the spa?
Yes, spa cuisine is available at the Churchill Lounge. We recommend pre-ordering lunch at check-in.

Yes, guests 12 years and older are welcome.
Please note the spa is a quiet, relaxation-focused environment, and guests are asked to respect this atmosphere.

Is the spa accessible?
Yes, the spa is fully accessible by elevator, and hydraulic treatment beds are available. Please let us know your needs at the time of booking.

Do you offer group bookings or special rates?
Yes, we welcome groups for corporate retreats, bridal parties, and social getaways.
Corporate group offer:
- 6+ guests: 10% discount (Monday–Friday only)
- Applies to individual treatments only (excludes RMT massage and packages)

Do you offer registered massage therapy (RMT)?
Yes, our massage therapists are registered with the CMTO, and reflexologists are registered with the RRCO.
Insurance receipts are available upon request.

- Our team consists of male and female therapists. Although we try to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee preferences
- Receipts are not issued for missed appointments or services paid by gift card
