Yes, Pillar and Post is dog-friendly with limited designated rooms available by reservation. A fee of $35 plus tax per dog applies (max two dogs per room). Other pets are not allowed due to allergy concerns. Dogs must be leashed in public areas, crated if left unattended, and kept out of the lounge, restaurant, spa, and health club. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and managing noise. Service dogs with proper certification are exempt.

- What is the cancellation policy at Pillar and Post?
We understand that plans can change, and we want to make the cancellation process as smooth as possible. For leisure reservations, cancellations received within 3 days of arrival will incur a penalty charge of one night’s room and tax, as well as any non-refundable charges associated with special packages or promotions.
For reservations connected to a contracted group block, cancellations within 14 days of arrival will result in a penalty charge equal to the full cost of the stay.
