  • Do you accept Day Guests? 

    100 Fountain Spa is accepting Day Spa Guests, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. For weekend and holiday bookings, Day Spa guests are welcome to book appointments up to two weeks in advance of the selected date based on availability.

    Please note that Day Spa Guests who have a treatment reserved may enjoy use of the facilities for the entire day.     

  • Do you offer spa day passes? 

    Day passes for our outdoor pool, indoor saltwater pool, whirlpool and saunas are available on on a first come, first serve basis daily in person at the 100 Fountain Spa and cannot be booked in advance. Available November 1 – December 12, 2023.

    Passes for our facilities may be purchased for $50 per person or $35 with the purchase of a spa treatment under $100. For questions please call the spa at 905 468 2123 ext. 407399. Included in your Day pass for pools: outdoor salt water pool, indoor pool, indoor sauna, a locker in the upstairs changeroom with robe – guests are kindly asked to bring their own sandals.

    **Access to the Hot Spring is reserved for hotel guests first, but day pass guests can check the availability and book in any open spots upon arrival (Hot Springs bookings will not be taken in advance).**

    ***Day passes will not be available from December 13, 2023 – January 8, 2024.

  • Is there parking available at Pillar and Post?

    Complimentary parking is included.

  • Do I have to stay at the hotel to access the spa?

    100 Fountain Spa is accepting Day Guests Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Day Spa guests who have a treatment reserved may enjoy use of the facilities for the entire day.     

  • What are the Conditions and Cancellation Policy?

    A 72-hour cancellation policy applies to all individual treatments.  Full charges apply to any treatments cancelled within the policy. The Corporate Group cancellation policy is 30-days prior.  

  • How old do you need to be to visit the spa?

    Spa guests must be at least 12 years old to receive services, and be accompanied by a parent. You must be 16 years or older to use hot tubs, saunas, or the hot springs pool.

  • What are your operating hours?

    Spa hours and hot spring pool hours are daily from 9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.

    The hotel pool facilities are open from 8:00 a.m. – 10:30 p.m. daily. Guests staying at the hotel overnight will enjoy access to the facilities from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival until 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure.

  • How far ahead should reservations be made?

    We recommend that you book as soon as possible. Within three weeks of arrival, availability can be limited, especially on weekends and during holiday periods.

  • What should I bring to my spa treatment?

    Please plan to arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment time to register and change before your treatment. Arriving just in time will cheat you of precious minutes of your service. We complete each experience punctually so the next client will not be delayed. A locker, robe, and towels will be provided. We kindly ask that each guest bring a pair of slippers with them. You are advised to leave your valuables at home as the spa can not assume responsibility for lost or misplaced items. Please bring your workout clothing and a bathing suit so you may enjoy our facilities including our fitness room, indoor and outdoor heated pool, saunas and outdoor hot spring pool.

  • Do you accept US Dollars?


  • Can we eat at 100 Fountain Spa?

    Yes, we are pleased to offer our guests a selection of spa cuisine to be enjoyed in Vintages Lounge or by the indoor or outdoor pool. We recommend pre-ordering lunch at check in.

  • Are children allowed on site?

    Children 12 years and older are allowed on site. Please note that the spa is a whisper zone and care should be taken to ensure a tranquil environment.

  • Is the site accessible for people with reduced mobility?

    Yes, the spa is elevator accessible. Hydraulic beds are also an option available. Please mention your needs at the time of booking so we can accommodate you.

  • Do you accept group treatments? Do you have special group rates?

    Yes we accept groups for a corporate retreat, a bridal party, or a girls’ getaway. We offer discounts for Corporate Groups based upon: 6+ Guests = 10% discount (Monday-Friday only) (Individual treatments only, RMT massage & packages not included).

  • Are registered massage therapists available? Do you provide insurance receipts? 

    Yes, we employ Registered Massage Therapists. All of our Massage Practitioners are registered with the CMTO. Reflexologists are registered with the RRCO. Receipt for submission to your private insurance is available upon request. Our team consists of male and female therapists. Although we try to accommodate requests we cannot guarantee preferences. Insurance receipt will not be issued for missed, cancelled or when using a gift card as method of payment for service.

  • Can we purchase spa products on-site? 

    Yes. Continue your transformation with a personalized lifestyle program. Spa home care is available for purchase in our retail boutique.

  • What should I know about the hot spring pool prior to arrival?

    To ensure all hotel guests have an opportunity to enjoy the hot spring pool, we have created a reservation system that guests can utilize the day of their arrival or upon check-in to the hotel. The hot spring pool is open from 9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. We are taking bookings in 20 minute intervals for up to 10 people at a time. Kindly note that guests must be 16 years or older to access the hot spring pool.
