- When do we discuss the final details of our function?
After your event is confirmed with Pillar and Post you will be partnered with one of our on-site Conference Services Managers. They will outline all the important deadlines and work with you closely to ensure that your event is executed perfectly.
- What is the room rental cost?
Pillar and Post offers a competitive complete meeting package that includes your main plenary room rental. Please connect with our Meetings and Events Sales Team for rental rates.
- What size meeting rooms are available?
Steeped in historical ambiance and equipped with modern business amenities, Pillar and Post offers various meeting room sizes to accommodate your needs. Conduct your meetings in style with boardrooms that fit up to 16 attendees, small meeting and breakout rooms for up to 48 attendees, and large meeting and conference spaces for up to 250 attendees. - Do you have outdoor meeting spaces?
The Barn in The Gardens at Pillar and Post is a unique and rustic outdoor meeting space for your event. This airy barn event space can host up to 74 attendees. Conduct a productive meeting while enjoying the views of The Garden.
- Do I have to leave a deposit to book a function room?
We require a deposit to confirm your event at Pillar and Post.
- Can we put a room on hold until we make a decision?
The only way to ensure that you reserve your event with Pillar and Post is with a signed agreement.
- Who will be the contact from the Hotel on the day of our Corporate event?
You will be partnered with a dedicated Conference Services Manager for your event. They and our Conference Operations Team will be on-site to guarantee that your event is successful.
- What alternative meals do you provide for people with allergies or for vegetarians?
Our chefs at Pillar and Post are pleased to accommodate all dietary restrictions and allergies. Our menus offer selections for common dietary restrictions. Separate meals can be created upon request.
- Do you allow outside catering on premises?
Our talented culinary team is happy to provide all catering at Pillar and Post. To ensure all food provided in our event spaces are to Pillar and Post’s standards, we do not allow for outside catering.
- Where can corporate attendees stay during an event?
Pillar and Post is pleased to provide overnight accommodations on-site at a reduced corporate rate.
- What amenities are onsite for attendees?
During their free time, your attendees can enjoy many of Pillar and Post’s amenities. Enjoy an elegant meal at The Cannery Restaurant or sip on vintage wines at Vintage Wine Bar & Lounge. Relieve the stress of the day in our award-winning spa, 100 Fountain Spa, or in our outside year-round heated pool.
