Discover this heavenly pairing that is sure to excite your taste buds. With the help of Maître Fromagere Afrim Pristine, from Cheeseboutique, you’ll enjoy three curated unique and flavorful Canadian cheeses that complement Château des Charmes’ sparkling wines to perfection. As you sip your wines, a wine associate will educate you on the sparkling methods used along with some history of the winery. And if sparkling wine is not your first choice you can substitute a red or white wine flight.
Lakeview Wine Co:
Nothing is more enjoyable than enjoying a trio of sparkling wines paired with some of Ontario’s best cheeses. Taste your way through a trio of Lakeview Wine Co.’s sparkling wines alongside a small cheese board while you soak up the sun in their backyard vineyard.
