Can I visit 100 Fountain Spa as a day guest?
Yes, we welcome day spa guests seven days a week.
Guests with a booked treatment are invited to enjoy full access to the spa facilities for the entire day.

Do you offer spa day passes?
Yes, day passes are available daily from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and include access to:
- Outdoor pool
- Indoor pool
- Jacuzzi
- Dry saunas
Day passes are:
- $75 per person
- Available on a first-come, first-served basis
- Must be purchased in person (not available to book in advance)
Guests receive a locker in the upper changeroom and towel. Please bring your own sandals.

Day passes are complimentary for hotel guests and guests with spa treatments.

No. Day guests are welcome Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
For weekends and holidays, day spa appointments can be booked up to two weeks in advance, subject to availability. Some blackout dates may apply during peak periods.

Hotel pool facilities: 8:00 a.m. – 10:30 p.m. daily
Hotel guests enjoy access from 2:00 p.m. on arrival day until 12:00 p.m. on departure day.

We recommend leaving valuables at home, as the spa is not responsible for lost items.

Yes, spa cuisine is available and can be enjoyed in Vintages Wine Bar & Lounge or by the indoor or outdoor pool. We recommend pre-ordering lunch at check-in.

Yes, the spa is fully accessible by elevator, and hydraulic treatment beds are available. Please let us know your needs at the time of booking.

Yes, we welcome groups for corporate retreats, bridal parties, and social getaways.
Corporate group offer:
- 6+ guests: 10% discount (Monday–Friday only)
- Applies to individual treatments only (excludes RMT massage and packages)

Do you offer registered massage therapy (RMT)?
Yes, our massage therapists are registered with the CMTO, and reflexologists are registered with the RRCO.
Insurance receipts are available upon request.

- Our team consists of male and female therapists. Although we try to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee preferences.
- Receipts are not issued for missed appointments or services paid by gift card.
