Cannery Restaurant at Pillar and Post has a relaxed, informal atmosphere and an extensive menu of perfectly executed favourites. Chef Randy Dupuis has created a dinner menu of perfectly grilled steaks, fresh seafood and the Italian dishes you love.
The heart of our restaurant is the hearth; a classic brick pizza oven where we make thin-crust California pizza. The hearth is also a serving station where there's something different happening at every meal. During breakfast it's an omelet bar; at lunchtime, a pasta bar. At dinnertime, we use it to make appetizers and desserts; and during Sunday brunch, to make waffles.
The atmosphere here is very casual, says Chef Dupuis. Some people come in suits, others in jeans. "I like to hear the noise and the laughter. We're in the pleasure business. What I'm trying to do is put a smile on your face."
Vintages Wine Bar and Lounge is inviting enough to relax in any time of day or night with a glass of wine or a single-malt scotch, offering a menu of classic pub fare. And remember our poolside patio for dining among the blooms or under the evening stars.
