Blueberry Lavender Martini
Indulge in the floral and fruity flavors of a Blueberry Lavender Martini, this cocktail combines the sweetness of blueberries with the aromatic notes of lavender.
Ingredients:
1 oz Spring Mill Gin
1 oz Blueberry simple syrup
½ oz Lavender syrup
Squeeze fresh lemons
Method for Blueberry Simple Syrup:
- Bring equal parts of sugar and water to a boil/steam or until the sugar is dissolved.
- Add blueberry purée and mix while the liquid is still hot. This will help to mix the flavours together.
Method:
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add gin, blueberry simple syrup, lavender syrup and a squeeze of fresh lemons.
- Shake in the cocktail shaker for about 10 seconds.
- Strain into a martini glass.
- Garnish with fresh blueberries.
Raspberry Martini
Celebrate the sunny season with a Raspberry Martini, a delightful mix of raspberry vodka, Chambord, lemon juice, and simple syrup. This fruity cocktail is ideal for summer parties and will add a splash of fun to any gathering.
Ingredients:
1½ oz Raspberry Vodka (Absoult)
½ oz Chambord
½ oz Lemon juice
½ oz Simple syrup
Method for Simple Syrup:
- Bring equal parts of sugar and water to a boil/steam or until the sugar is dissolved.
- Remove from heat and let it cool completely.
Method:
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add vodka, Chambord, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
- Shake in the cocktail shaker for about 10 seconds.
- Strain into a martini glass.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
