Ingredients:
1 ½ oz Icewine
2 oz Grapefruit juice
1 oz Soda water
Cranberry juice
Prosecco
Method:
- In a white wine glass, fill with ice, and add in the Icewine, grapefruit juice, and soda water.
- Add a splash of cranberry juice and top with prosecco.
- Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
