Vintner’s Lemonade
Ingredients:
1 oz Cave Spring Riesling Icewine
1 oz Absolut citron vodka
½ oz Galliano vanilla liqueur
4 oz Lemonade
Juice of half a lemon
Icewine soaked grapes
Lemon slices
Method:
- Soak grapes in Cave Spring Riesling Icewine for 12 – 24 hours.
- In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the Icewine, vodka, Galliano, lemonade and juice of half a lemon.
- Shake until well chilled.
- Strain into a wine glass filled with ice, and garnish with lemon slices and the Icewine soaked grapes.
Tips:
Freeze your Icewine soaked grapes for a touch of luxury as a garnish. They’ll chill your cocktail beautifully with no dilution, just refined refreshment in every sip.
