Day Passes for Spa Facilities

Day passes to use the facilities (outdoor swimming pool, our two outdoor hot spring pools and polar plunge pool, our indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, dry sauna and steam room) are available Monday to Thursday only. (Not available on holiday Mondays.) 

Day passes are not offered Friday, Saturday or Sunday due to high occupancy in the hotel and spa. To access the facilities on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, an overnight stay or spa treatment reservation is required.

Day passes include six hours of facility use, either from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. or from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Passes cost $85 per person plus tax.

Guests will receive a locker in the change room along with a robe, towel and sandals.

The number of daily passes sold is limited to ensure a tranquil spa environment.

Black-out dates apply for holidays and peak times. The day pass fee is waived for hotel guests and guests who have spa treatments at the Millcroft Spa.

Day passes can be purchased online. Once purchased, you will receive a confirmation with a QR code that you will need to present at Millcroft Spa to be scanned upon your arrival. Passes are non-refundable once purchased.

Day Passes for Pools

Day passes for our indoor pool, whirlpool, sauna and gym are available Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. They can be purchased on a first-come, first-served basis in person at the Secret Garden Spa and cannot be booked in advance. Passes are non-transferable to other properties.

Passes for our facilities may be purchased for $35 per person.

To inquire if there are still day passes available before driving down, please call the spa directly at 905.468.3246 ext. 436542. Upgrade to include $25 Churchill lounge food credit (must be redeemed same day) for $55. 

No holds will be done over the phone. Day passes must be purchased in person at the desk to secure your spot, even if you are accompanying someone with a service booked as capacity is limited. Black out dates do apply for holidays and peak times. Included in your spa day pass: indoor pool, whirlpool sauna, gym, complimentary parking, Wi-Fi, use of spa relaxation lounge and the use of a locker, a robe and slippers for the day.

Day passes for our outdoor pool, indoor pool, jacuzzi tub and dry saunas are available daily from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. They can be purchased on a first-come, first-served basis in person at the 100 Fountain Spa and cannot be booked in advance.

Passes for our facilities may be purchased for $75 per person.

The day pass fee will be waived for Pillar and Post hotel guests and any guests who have spa treatments.

**Access to the hot spring is reserved for Pillar and Post hotel guests first, but day pass guests can check the availability and book in any open spots upon arrival (hot spring bookings will not be taken in advance).**
