UPDATED: Sip & Savour passport available for Niagara residents NOVEMBER 18 & 19th, 2022
Vintage Hotels’ exclusive Sip & Savour event is the perfect outdoor activity to experience this November. Passports are now available to the public. The Sip & Savour passport allows you to try wine, beers and whiskies from Niagara’s best vineyards and breweries each perfectly paired with culinary bites from renowned Niagara restaurants.
The event takes place Friday, November 18 from 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. and Saturday, November 19 from 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. in The Gardens at Pillar and Post in Niagara-on-the-Lake.
With a limited number of passports available for the event, this exclusive outdoor event is a must-attend.
Your Sip & Savour Passport
Your sip & savour passport includes five beverage vouchers and five food vouchers that are redeemable at various stations located throughout The Gardens. You will also receive a signature Vintage Hotels keepsake plastic glass.

How to purchase your Sip & Savour passport
Passports are $85.00 per person plus HST and can be purchased by calling 1-888-669-5566.
Passports must be pre-purchased by Thursday, November 17th. Once purchased your passport will be available for pick-up at Pillar and Post’s front desk on the day of the event. Please note Sip & Savour attendees must be of legal drinking age.
Terms & Conditions:
*Plus taxes. Offer is full advance pay, non-refundable by Thursday March 31, 2022, 2pm. Must be of legal drinking age. Offer is capacity controlled and sales to staff and local Residents may close without notice as reservations are made and capacity of 100 sold. Reservations is open 8:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. daily to process booking or after hours by contacting the Pillar and Post Front Desk. Other restrictions may apply to local Residents.
FAQ
- Can the passports be shared?
No, passports cannot be shared. Passports are restricted to those 19 years of age and older.
- Can I use my passport on both Friday & Sunday?
Yes, your passport and vouchers are valid for both the Friday, and Saturday. Please remember to bring your glass with you on both days to avoid a re-purchase.
- Is there parking nearby?
Yes, complimentary parking is included, and you will find parking lots conveniently located at your specific Vintage Hotel. You can easily access transportation to the gardens, located closest to our Pillar & Post property, or you can drive and there is a parking lot adjacent to Pillar & Post available for your use.
- Can I bring my own drinks or food to The Gardens?
The Gardens are a private, licensed space and no outside Food & Beverage will be permitted.
- Can I bring my pet to the event?
The Gardens will not be accessible to pets visiting with their owners. May we recommend the Commons as a suitable walking area for your pet.
- Is smoking permitted in The Gardens?
The Gardens is a non-smoking environment
