Christmas once again comes alive in The Gardens at Pillar and Post this Holiday season as Vintage Hotels’ Christmas Wonderland Gardens officially open December 1st.
The Gardens have been decorated with Christmas trees, twinkling lights, holiday selfie stations, and extra treats wait inside this year’s Garden including our ice-skating rink. We invite you to enjoy our 6-acre garden space hot drink in hand as you stroll the grounds stopping at warming fire pits before you glide around the rink or catch a Christmas classic under the stars. The OutPost at Pillar and Post
The OutPost at Pillar and Post will be open daily throughout the month of December and through the Christmas Holidays for you to enjoy specialty hot and cold drinks, sandwiches and snacks. The OutPost is open from 12:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Sunday – Thursday and 12:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Friday’s & Saturday’s.
Limited skate and helmet rentals will also be available through The OutPost.
Holiday Movies Under the Stars
Subject to change – Movies under the stars start at 5:00 p.m. seating is limited and is offered on a first come and first serve basis.
Movies will be offered Friday, December 1st & 8th and Saturday December 3rd & 9th. Starting Friday, December 15th movies will play daily until December 30th.

Skating Rink at Pillar and Post
The Skating Rink at Pillar and Post has become a popular attraction. Located beside The OutPost, the skating rink is free to hotel guests and the general public. We hope that we will be open for you to skate, glide and enjoy this 120 x 60 rink by the second week of December, though the rink’s opening day is weather dependent.
Skate rentals are available through The OutPost for $5.00, rentals are limited and guests of The Gardens are encouraged to bring their own skates whenever possible. Helmets are required for all skaters under the age of 12, helmet rentals are available and are free.
