Blossom Summer Cocktail
Our summer cocktail recipe comes compliments of Food & Beverage Manager, Jeffrey Bursey from Headwaters Restaurant at Millcroft Inn & Spa.
Ingredients:
1oz Empress 1908 Elderflower Gin
½ oz Triple sec
½ oz Dry vermouth
1 oz Egg white
1 oz Lemon juice
Splash of simple syrup
Method:
- Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously until well chilled and a rich, velvety foam forms.
- Fine strain into a chilled stemless martini or coupe glass.
Tip:
- Garnish with a dehydrated lemon and some edible flowers to enhance your beverage.
