A Message to our Valued Guests:

As we continue to follow the recommended government and local public health guidelines to keep our guests and our employees safe, we ask that you please be patient and kind with us as we adjust to these changing guidelines.

Below you will find important information regarding Vintage Hotels operations during your stay.

All Vintage Hotel properties are open for overnight stays and dining, with some restrictions still in place.  Please scroll down and continue reading for more details.    

Our spas are operating at a reduced capacity to ensure physical distancing requirements are met, therefore spa treatments and use of the facilities are limited to Hotel guests only, with the following exceptions:

  • 100 Fountain Spa at the Pillar & Post is accepting Day Spa Guests, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and will be closed to Day Guests from December 18 to January 2, 2022. Access to spa facilities is reserved for hotel guests only at this time to ensure physical distancing for our guests.
  • Secret Garden Spa at the Prince of Wales Hotel is accepting Day Spa Guests, Thursday through Monday, and will be closed to Day Guests from December 18 to January 2, 2022. Access to spa facilities is reserved for hotel guests only at this time to ensure physical distancing for our guests. Please note the spa is closed on Tuesday and Wednesday.
  • Spa on the Twenty at the Inn on the Twenty is accepting Day Spa Guests, Thursday through Monday. Please note the spa is closed on Tuesday and Wednesday.
  • Millcroft Spa is not accepting Day Spa Guests at this time. All spa services are available to overnight Hotel guests only at this time. 

*Ontario Spas do not require proof of vaccination for entry and therefore physical distancing remains a requirement as per the government of Ontario’s Public Health regulations. Please view regulations here.

Ontario’s Enhanced COVID-19 Vaccine Certificate and Your Visit

The Government of Ontario has introduced an enhanced COVID-19 vaccine certificate system where the public is required to show proof of vaccination to access high-risk indoor settings in Ontario. Please visit the Government of Ontario website for full details here.

As of October 22, to enter high-risk establishments proof of immunization is required in the form of:

  • Photo ID
  • Your COVID-19 vaccine receipts (paper copy or PDF copy on a mobile device) or Ontario’s Enhanced Vaccine Certificate with official QR code, to learn more about the certificate click here.

Read on below to understand where vaccination certificates are and are not required during your visit to a Vintage Hotel property, our restaurants, spas and event facilities.

Hotel Guests

  • Proof of vaccination is not required to stay overnight in the hotel or to enter common areas within the hotel.
  • Proof of vaccination is not required to utilize our outdoor establishments including our patios, outdoor pools, gardens or common areas.

Dining Guests

  • Proof of vaccination is required to enter our restaurants and lounges for indoor dining.
  • Proof of vaccination is not required to dine on our patios and terraces.
  • Proof of vaccination is not required to pick-up takeout orders from our restaurants (indoors or outdoors).

Spa Guests

  • Proof of vaccination is not required to access our spas or for spas treatments and use of outdoor pool facilities.  Proof of vaccination is required to access the indoor pools and gym where applicable.

Wedding and Conference Guests

  • Proof of vaccination is required to enter any event room or meeting space this includes all ballrooms, boardrooms, conference rooms and breakout rooms.
  • Proof of vaccination is not required for outdoor ceremonies, receptions or events.

Exemptions: The proof of identification and proof of vaccination requirements do not apply to:

  • Unvaccinated people with medical exemptions and guests who provide a written document, completed and supplied by a physician
  • Children under age 12 will be permitted to enter settings requiring proof of vaccination.
  • A negative COVID-19 test or recent COVID-19 infection will not enable a person to enter the above settings. 
  • Guests who enter the indoor premises of a meeting or event space solely for the purposes of attending a wedding ceremony but not an associated social gathering.

Reservations and Screening Details

Upon check-in, all guests will be subject to our screening procedures which include a series of questions regarding your health and recent travel history.  All Vintage Hotel team members will be wearing masks and our guests are required to do so in public spaces as well, as mandated under local by-laws.  We do ask that you bring your own mask with you. 

Luxury Travel Advisors are available from 8:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. daily to assist with room reservations and can be reached at 1 888 669 5566, or you can reserve online here.

Luxury Spa Advisors are available from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. daily to assist with Spa reservations and can be reached at 1 888 669 5566.

We will contact you either by phone or by email whenever possible, should it be necessary for us to change a part of your stay with us. 

Please continue to check this website for updates and also refer to the covid-19.ontario.ca website to find out what level and which Regional public measures are in place in Ontario. The Province of Ontario is currently in Step 3 of Ontario’s re-opening framework. Please read on below for how that may affect your stay.

US Traveler Information

Canada is now allowing entry to American citizens and permanent residents, who are currently residing in the United States, and have been fully vaccinated at least 14 days prior to entering Canada for non-essential travel.

Subject to limited exceptions, all travellers must use ArriveCAN (app or web portal) to submit their travel information. If they are eligible to enter Canada and meet specific criteria, fully vaccinated travellers will not have to quarantine upon arrival in Canada. PILLAR AND POST

The hotel is open daily for overnight stays. Hotel amenities that are open include in-restaurant dining, room service, and indoor and outdoor swimming pools, whirlpool, hot spring pool, fitness facilities, The Gardens and The Outpost. RMT massage, manicures and pedicures, holistic treatments, body wraps and scrubs and facials are available by appointment only.

Capacity restrictions will be in place in adherence with the current government regulations. In order to ensure everyone can enjoy our pools, we have created a booking protocol that will enable you to secure a spot. Bookings will be taken upon arrival following check-in at the property and not in advance.

Cannery Restaurant

The Cannery Restaurant will be open for in-restaurant in adherence with the current government regulations. All meals are available inside the restaurant or through room service. For menus, hours, and reservations click here.

Vintages Wine Bar & Lounge

Vintages Wine Bar & Lounge will be open for in-restaurant dining in adherence with the current government regulations. All meals are available inside the lounge, or through room service. For menus, hours and reservations click here.

The Outpost at The Gardens

The Outpost at The Gardens is open Sunday to Thursday from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Friday & Saturday from 12:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. The Gardens remain open daily to walk through, explore and enjoy Sunday to Thursday from 9:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m., Friday & Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

100 Fountain Spa

The outdoor and indoor swimming pool, whirlpool, hot spring pool will be open to hotel guests only with capacity restrictions posted. Our Spa is open daily for RMT massage, manicure and pedicure, holistic treatments, body wraps and scrubs and facial appointments.  However, we are operating at a reduced capacity, and therefore appointments are limited. We will offer limited availability for Day Guests Monday through Friday (excluding Hotel common facilities like pools, hot springs and some blackout dates will apply). 

Change rooms and sauna will remain closed as a result of the current government regulations.

Spa memberships and day passes at all properties continue to be suspended until further notice.


PRINCE OF WALES

The hotel is open daily for overnight stays. Hotel amenities that are open include in-restaurant and patio dining, room service, The Drawing Room, The Gardens and The Outpost at Pillar and Post, indoor pool, and whirlpool. RMT massage, manicures and pedicures, holistic treatments, body wraps and scrubs and facials are available by appointment only.

Capacity restrictions will be in place in adherence with the current government regulations. 

Noble Restaurant

Noble Restaurant will be open for in-restaurant and patio dining (until October 30th) in adherence with the current government regulations. All meals are available inside the restaurant, outdoor patio or through room service. For menus, hours and reservations click here.

Churchill Lounge

Churchill Lounge will be open for in-restaurant and patio dining (until October 30th) in adherence with the current government regulations. All meals are available inside the lounge, outdoor patio or through room service. For menus hours, and reservations click here.

The Drawing Room

The Drawing Room will be open for in-restaurant dining in adherence with the current government regulations. All meals are available in the Drawing Room or through room service. For menus and hours click here.

Secret Garden Spa

The indoor swimming pool, and whirlpool, will be open to hotel guests only with capacity restrictions posted. Our Spa is open for RMT massage, manicure and pedicure, holistic treatments, body wraps and scrubs and facial appointments Thursday through Monday. However, we are operating at a reduced capacity, and therefore appointments are limited. We will offer limited availability for Day Guests Thursday through Monday (excluding Hotel common facilities like indoor pool and some blackout dates will apply).

Fitness facilities are open with capacity restrictions posted. The change rooms and sauna will remain closed as a result of the current government regulations.

Spa memberships and day passes at all properties continue to be suspended until further notice.


queen’s landing

The hotel is open daily for overnight stays. Hotel amenities that are open include in-restaurant dining, room service, The Gardens and The Outpost at Pillar and Post, indoor pool, whirlpool, sauna and fitness facilities.

Capacity restrictions will be in place in adherence with the current government regulations and the change rooms will remain closed.

Tiara Restaurant

Tiara Restaurant will be open for in-restaurant dining in adherence with the current government regulations. All meals are available in the restaurant or through room service. For menus, hours and reservations click here.

Bacchus Lounge

Bacchus Lounge will be open for in-restaurant dining in adherence with the current government regulation. All meals are available in the restaurant or through room service. For menus, hours and reservations click here.


MILLCROFT INN & SPA

The hotel is open daily for overnight stays. Hotel amenities that are open include in-restaurant dining, room service, the outdoor hot spring pools, polar plunge pool, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, whirlpool, sauna and steam room. RMT massage, manicures, pedicures, body and holistic treatments, facials and aesthetic services are available by appointment only.

Capacity restrictions will be in place in adherence with the current government regulations.

Headwaters Restaurant & Lounge

Headwaters Restaurant will be open for in-restaurant dining, outdoor dining on the Pool Deck and Spa Café in adherence with the current government regulations. All meals are available in the restaurant, Spa Café or through room service. For menus, hours and reservations click here.

Millcroft Spa & Centre for Wellness

While we are operating at a reduced capacity, RMT massage, manicures, pedicures, body and holistic treatments, facials and aesthetic service appointments are limited to Hotel Guests at this time. 48 hours prior to the date, should any treatment times still be available, these will be extended to day guests.  No waiting list will be taken; however, we look forward to accepting calls to fill these appointments. The facilities, including outdoor hot spring pools, polar plunge pool, and indoor and outdoor swimming pool, whirlpool, steam room, sauna and change rooms are open to Hotel Guests only with capacity restrictions posted.

Spa memberships and day passes at all properties continue to be suspended until further notice.


INN ON THE TWENTY

The hotel is open daily for overnight stays. Hotel amenities that are open include in-restaurant and patio dining (until October 31st), and room service. RMT massages, manicures and pedicures, facials and body wraps and scrubs at the spa are available by appointment only.

Inn On The Twenty Restaurant

Inn On The Twenty Restaurant will be open for in-restaurant and patio dining (until October 31st) in adherence with the current government regulations. All meals are available in the restaurant, outdoor patio or through room service. For menus, hours and reservations click here. 

Spa On The Twenty

Our Spa is open for RMT massage, manicure and pedicure, facials and body wrap and scrub appointments Thursday through Monday. However, we are operating at a reduced capacity, and therefore appointments are limited. We will offer limited availability for Day Guests Thursday through Monday (excluding Hotel common facilities and some blackout dates will apply).


JORDAN HOUSE

The Hotel is open daily for overnight stays. Hotel amenities that are open include in-restaurant and patio dining (until October 31st) and room service. RMT massage, manicures and pedicures, facials and body wraps and scrubs at the spa On The Twenty are available by appointment only.

Jordan House Tavern

Jordan House Tavern will be open for in-restaurant and patio dining (until October 31st) in adherence with the current government regulations. All meals are available in the restaurant, outdoor patio or through room service. For menus, hours and reservations click here.


moffat Inn

The Hotel is open daily for overnight stays. Hotel amenities that are open include The Gardens and The Outpost at Pillar and Post, in-restaurant and patio dining at Noble Restaurant, room service and in-restaurant dining and takeout from Masaki Sushi. RMT massage, manicures and pedicures, holistic treatments, body wraps and scrubs and facials at Secret Garden Spa are available by appointment only.

To ensure the safety and well-being of our guests and staff members, we are diligently developing updated Duty of Care policies and procedures for all areas of our business. These policies and procedures will outline the mandatory safety and disinfecting measures our company will implement upon opening to combat COVID-19 and to provide a safe and sterile environment within our properties. Compliance with the Ontario Public Health regulations and the CDC is of utmost importance to us as we build this policy.
