A Message to our Valued Guests:

The Province of Ontario is currently in a modified Step 2 of the Re-opening Plan and will remain in this step until at least Sunday, January 30th. Starting Monday, January 31st at 12:01 a.m. public health measures will ease.  

All Vintage Hotel properties are open for overnight stays and in-room dining, with some restrictions in place. Starting Monday, January 31 restaurants and some indoor facilities will re-open with reduced capacities.

Please read below for how your visit may be affected before Sunday, January 30, 2022 and after Monday, January 31, 2022.  

Vintage Hotels Spas

The spas are operating at a reduced capacity to ensure physical distancing requirements are met, therefore spa treatments and use of the facilities are limited to Hotel guests only, with the following exceptions:

  • 100 Fountain Spa at the Pillar & Post is accepting Day Spa Guests, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Access to spa facilities is reserved for hotel guests only at this time to ensure physical distancing for our guests.
  • Secret Garden Spa at the Prince of Wales Hotel is accepting Day Spa Guests. Access to spa facilities is reserved for hotel guests only at this time to ensure physical distancing for our guests.
  • Spa on the Twenty at the Inn on the Twenty is accepting Day Spa Guests, Thursday through Monday. Please note the spa is closed on Tuesday and Wednesday.
  • Millcroft Spa is not accepting Day Spa Guests at this time. All spa services are available to overnight Hotel guests only at this time. 

*Ontario Spas do not require proof of vaccination for entry and therefore physical distancing remains a requirement as per the government of Ontario’s Public Health regulations. Please view regulations here.

Ontario’s Enhanced COVID-19 Vaccine Certificate and Your Visit

The Government of Ontario has introduced an enhanced COVID-19 vaccine certificate system where the public is required to show proof of vaccination to access high-risk indoor settings in Ontario. Please visit the Government of Ontario website for full details here.

As of January 4, 2022, to enter high-risk establishments proof of immunization is required in the form of:

  • Photo ID
  • Enhanced COVID-19 vaccine certificate with QR code from the Verify Ontario app (print or digital)

As of January 10, 2022, if you are unable to be fully vaccinated because you have an active medical exemption written notes from your doctor are no longer valid and you must provide:

Read on below to understand where vaccination certificates are and are not required during your visit to a Vintage Hotel property, our restaurants, spas and event facilities.

Hotel Guests

  • Proof of vaccination is not required to stay overnight in the hotel or to enter common areas within the hotel.
  • Proof of vaccination is not required to utilize our outdoor establishments including our patios, outdoor pools, gardens or common areas.

Dining Guests

  • Proof of vaccination is required to enter our restaurants and lounges for indoor dining.
  • Proof of vaccination is not required to dine on our patios and terraces.
  • Proof of vaccination is not required to pick-up takeout orders from our restaurants (indoors or outdoors).

Spa Guests

  • Proof of vaccination is not required to access our spas or for spas treatments and use of outdoor pool facilities.  Proof of vaccination is required to access the indoor pools and gym where applicable.

Wedding and Conference Guests

  • Proof of vaccination is required to enter any event room or meeting space this includes all ballrooms, boardrooms, conference rooms and breakout rooms.
  • Proof of vaccination is not required for outdoor ceremonies, receptions or events.

Exemptions: The proof of identification and proof of vaccination requirements do not apply to:

  • Unvaccinated people with a medical exemption as shown with your enhanced vaccination certificate with official QR code.
  • Children under age 12 will be permitted to enter settings requiring proof of vaccination.
  • A negative COVID-19 test or recent COVID-19 infection will not enable a person to enter the above settings. 
  • Guests who enter the indoor premises of a meeting or event space solely for the purposes of attending a wedding ceremony but not an associated social gathering.

Reservations and Screening Details

Upon check-in, all guests will be subject to our screening procedures which include a series of questions regarding your health and recent travel history.  All Vintage Hotel team members will be wearing masks and our guests are required to do so in public spaces as well, as mandated under local by-laws.  We do ask that you bring your own mask with you.

US Traveler Information

Canada is now allowing entry to American citizens and permanent residents, who are currently residing in the United States, and have been fully vaccinated at least 14 days prior to entering Canada for non-essential travel.

Subject to limited exceptions, all travellers must use ArriveCAN (app or web portal) to submit their travel information. If they are eligible to enter Canada and meet specific criteria, fully vaccinated travellers will not have to quarantine upon arrival in Canada. PILLAR AND POST

The hotel is open daily for overnight stays. Hotel amenities that are open include room service, 100 Fountain Spa, outdoor swimming pool, hot spring pool, The Gardens and The OutPost.

The indoor swimming pool, whirlpool, fitness facilities are closed in adherence with the current government regulations.

As of Monday, January 31, 2022, our restaurants will re-open at 50% capacity, as well as our indoor swimming pool, whirlpool and fitness facilities.

Capacity restrictions will be in place in adherence with the current government regulations. In order to ensure everyone can enjoy our pools, we have created a booking protocol that will enable you to secure a spot. Bookings will be taken upon arrival following check-in at the property and not in advance.

Cannery Restaurant

The Cannery Restaurant is closed for in-restaurant dining in adherence with the current government regulations. All meals are available through room service and takeout. For menus and hours click here.

Vintages Wine Bar & Lounge

Vintages Wine Bar & Lounge is closed for in-restaurant dining in adherence with the current government regulations. All meals are available through room service and takeout. For menus and hours click here.

The OutPost at The Gardens

The OutPost at The Gardens is open Sunday to Thursday from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Friday & Saturday from 12:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. The Gardens remain open daily to walk through, explore and enjoy Sunday to Thursday from 9:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m., Friday & Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

100 Fountain Spa

The outdoor swimming pool and hot spring pool will be open to hotel guests only with capacity restrictions posted. Our Spa is open daily for RMT massage, manicure and pedicure, holistic treatments, body wraps and scrubs. However, we are operating at a reduced capacity, and therefore appointments are limited.

The indoor swimming pool, whirlpool, fitness facilities, change rooms and sauna are closed in adherence with the current government regulations.

We will offer limited availability for Day Guests Monday through Friday (some blackout dates will apply.)

Please note Day Guests will not have access to any of the facilities.  These include things like the swimming pools, hot springs, sauna or change rooms. 

Spa memberships and day passes at all properties continue to be suspended until further notice.


PRINCE OF WALES

The hotel is open daily for overnight stays. Hotel amenities that are open include room service, Secret Garden Spa, The Gardens and The Outpost at Pillar and Post.

The indoor pool, whirlpool, and fitness facilities are closed in adherence with the current government regulations.

As of Monday, January 31, 2022, our restaurants will re-open at 50% capacity, as well as our indoor swimming pool, whirlpool and fitness facilities.

Noble Restaurant

Noble Restaurant is closed for in-restaurant dining in adherence with the current government regulations. All meals are available through room service. For menus and hours click here.

Churchill Lounge

Churchill Lounge is closed for in-restaurant dining in adherence with the current government regulations. All meals are available through room service and takeout. For menus and hours click here.

The Drawing Room

The Drawing Room is closed for in-restaurant dining in adherence with the current government regulations. All meals are available through room service. For menus and hours click here.

Secret Garden Spa

Our Spa is open for RMT massage, manicure and pedicure, holistic treatments, body wraps and scrubs, however, we are operating at a reduced capacity, and appointments are limited.

The indoor pool, whirlpool, and fitness facilities are closed in adherence with the current government regulations.

We will offer limited availability for Day Guests. (some blackout dates will apply.)

MILLCROFT INN & SPA

The hotel is open daily for overnight stays. Hotel amenities that are open include room service, the spa, the outdoor hot spring pools, polar plunge pool and outdoor swimming pool.

Capacity restrictions are in place in adherence with the current government regulations.

The indoor pool, whirlpool, steam room, sauna and change rooms are closed in adherence with the current government regulations.

As of Monday, January 31, 2022, our restaurant will re-open at 50% capacity, as well as our indoor swimming pool, whirlpool and fitness facilities.

Headwaters Restaurant & Lounge

Headwaters Restaurant is closed for in-restaurant dining. The outdoor dining on the Pool Deck and Spa Café will be open in adherence with the current government regulations. All meals are available through room service. For menus and hours click here.

Millcroft Spa & Centre for Wellness

While we are operating at a reduced capacity, all services including RMT massage, manicures, pedicures, body and holistic treatments and aesthetic service appointments are limited to Hotel Guests at this time.

48 hours prior to the date, should any treatment times still be available, these will be extended to day guests.  No waiting list will be taken; however, we look forward to accepting calls to fill these appointments. 

Please note Day Guests will not have access to any of the facilities.  These include things like the outdoor hot spring pools, polar plunge pool, outdoor swimming pool, sauna or change rooms. 

Spa memberships and day passes at all properties continue to be suspended until further notice.


INN ON THE TWENTY

The hotel is open daily for overnight stays. Hotel amenities that are open include room service and Spa On The Twenty.

As of Monday, January 31, 2022, our restaurant will re-open at 50% capacity.

Inn On The Twenty Restaurant

Inn On The Twenty Restaurant is closed for in-restaurant dining in adherence with the current government regulations. All meals are available through room service. For menus and hours click here.

Spa On The Twenty

Our Spa is open for RMT massage, manicure and pedicure and body wrap and scrub appointments Thursday through Monday. However, we are operating at a reduced capacity, and therefore appointments are limited. We will offer limited availability for Day Guests Thursday through Monday and some blackout dates will apply.


JORDAN HOUSE

The Hotel is open daily for overnight stays. RMT massage, manicures and pedicures and body wraps and scrubs at the Spa On The Twenty are available by appointment only.

Jordan House Tavern

Jordan House Tavern is temporarily closed.

As of Monday, January 31, 2022, Jordan House Tavern will re-open at 50% capacity.

moffat Inn

The Hotel is currently closed and will re-open daily for overnight stays beginning Friday, February 11, 2022.

Jordan House Tavern

The restaurant is temporarily closed. Expected re-opening Monday, January 31, 2022.
