Cave Spring Vineyard
At Cave Spring Vineyard’s Jordan Tasting Room you’ll be greeted with a tasting of their featured wine to set the mood for the tasting flight to follow. Sample two of their impressive sparkling wines paired with a curated ‘Snack Trio.’ This selection of savoury snacks, including fried and salted Marcona almonds, imported olives and Himalayan salt potato chips, is the perfect complement to your sparkling wines. (Advance reservations are required; please email tastingroom@cavespring.ca along with the date, time and number of people arriving for the tasting.)

Jordan House Tavern
Once a roadhouse, Jordan House Tavern now welcomes visitors with unique architectural details and a warm atmosphere that makes this tavern a local favourite. Your tasting experience includes a flight of three 4 oz draught pours accompanied by a mini poutine of the day. From Collective Arts’ Hazy State Session IPA to Kame & Kettle Beer Works’ Schwarzbier Dark Stout to Oast House’s Barnraiser Country Ale, you’re sure to find a new brew favourite. (Guests will be provided with a voucher to present upon arrival at the Tavern. No advance reservation is required.)
