Raise a Glass in The Gardens

The Gardens at Pillar and Post transform into an elegant open-air tasting experience, where guests stroll through Monet-inspired landscapes while enjoying curated culinary creations paired with Niagara’s finest wines, craft beers, and spirits. Featuring a collection of celebrated wineries, breweries, distilleries, and local restaurants, this relaxed fall evening invites guests to sip, savour, and explore in a beautiful garden setting.
Enjoy live music from Laurel & Hulley from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., creating the perfect soundtrack for an evening of food, drinks, and garden-side gathering. Guests are also encouraged to embrace the festive spirit by wearing their favourite Christmas sweaters, holiday-themed hats, and scarves.
Your Sip & Savour passport includes 4 food and 4 beverage vouchers to enjoy a curated selection from Niagara’s top wineries, breweries, distilleries, and culinary partners. Availability is limited; reserve early to secure your place!
Ticket Cost
Hotel guests booked at any of our other properties who would like to attend can have a Sip & Savour Passport added to their reservation for $59.00 per person plus tax and fees. Members of the public are also welcome to attend and may purchase tickets at the same rate. A ticket is required for each person to enter The Gardens. Must be of legal drinking age. Passports cannot be shared.
