We just returned from our Canadian Sales Team meeting in Niagara-on-the-Lake. We chose the ever popular Queen’s Landing for one reason; impeccable service. Our Team came in from all parts of Canada as well as the United States. I wanted to make sure I picked something that best represents the service we want to emulate…We had a jammed packed agenda and we relied on the The Queen’s staff to ensure we stayed on time...and they did not let us down. From the moment we arrived till we departed on Friday the proactive Team ensured our breakfast lunches and dinners where on time and the food quality high....amazing local inspired menus along with exquisite dinning experiences.Whether you are on business or pleasure, The Queen’s will make sure your visit is memorable....and like us, I assure you, you will be back. If you love Christmas, I highly recommend you visit any of the Vintage properties in November and December.
On behalf of the University of Waterloo School of Pharmacy and the National Association of Faculties of Pharmacy - I want to express our sincere thanks and appreciation to Peggy Cernick who was our liaison with Vintage for our conference held June 10-14, 2013.
Peggy was absolutely amazing - she was enthusiastic every step of the way and so patient and gracious with all of our last minute requests. It was such a pleasure to work with her through the entire process - from all the upfront organization of the conference to the on-site event. The success of our conference was due in large part to Peggy - she was efficient, warm, funny and an absolute joy! Everyone attending the conference has remarked how well things were organized - many special comments were made about both the venue - and the amazing food!
We hope that Peggy is recognized for her significant contribution - she has left a lasting impression with so many involved - and we are truly grateful.
We would also like to extend special thanks to Paul and to Karen - for all their hard work and for also making our conference a wonderful success. We hope to have an opportunity in the near future to come back to Vintage and to NOTL.

Best Venue for Meetings

We had the pleasure of staying at the Queen's Landing for our Leadership Team meeting. The service was exceptional as the staff were friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met. The rooms were very clean and modern and the food was above par. Angie Burnett was AMAZING to work with. We have used other hotels for our meetings in the past but the Queen's Landing was by far the best experience.

We held our company client conference at the Queens Landing and everything was superb. Our clients commented numerous times on how it was the best venue that they have been at. The service was impeccable, the hotel was extraordinary. Every time an unexpected situation came up the staff responded quickly and efficiently. Queen's Landing was the venue for our management retreat this year. We had the best service both in quality of food, meeting room & overall customer service. The attention to detail was remarkable. Every aspect of the 2 days we spent was perfect. We are already planning our next year retreat. Thank you to all the staff and Marina Morrison for the excellent customer service.
