A Message to our Valued Guests:

To ensure that we are doing our part to protect our team and our guests and encourage ‘social distancing’, we are taking the following measures.

We have reduced the hours of operations for our Room Reservations Department to 9am-5pm daily. Staffing levels are limited and as a result, we strongly encourage our guests to reserve on-line at

We are accepting room reservations beginning Friday, April 10th onwards at all our properties. Please note that Spa Facilities will open and Spa Services will resume on Friday, April 10th (in accordance with the government's isolation extension & College of Massage Therapists recommendations). Our Spa Reservation team will be available to book your appointments beginning April 1st.

We continue to take direction from our federal government and as such this may change as we continue to insure the health and safety of our team members and guests. We look forward to welcoming you on your next visit.

The following Vintage Hotels properties are temporarily closed:

  • Queen’s Landing, Tiara Restaurant and Bacchus Lounge.
  • Pillar and Post, Cannery Restaurant and Vintages Wine Bar and Lounge.
  • Prince of Wales Hotel, Noble Restaurant, Churchill Lounge and The Drawing Room.
  • Inn On The Twenty and Inn On The Twenty Restaurant.
  • Millcroft Inn and Spa, Headwaters Restaurant and Lounge.
  • 100 Fountain Spa, Secret Garden Spa, Spa On The Twenty, Millcroft Spa.
  • Spa memberships, Pool facilities and Health facilities at all properties.

Our Updated Cancellation Policy includes the following:

We are waiving individual cancellation fees for hotel stays through April 30, 2020 for guests who booked directly through our website or our Luxury Travel Team.

If you booked through a third-party travel site like Expedia or you will need to contact them directly to cancel.

We are closely monitoring Health Canada and World Health Organization statements regarding the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) cases and following closely the guidelines set out by these organizations.

The wellbeing of our guests and team members is always of highest importance.
