This statement discloses the privacy practices for the Vintage Hotels. Vintage Hotels has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. Our site uses an order form for customers to reserve and purchase travel services. We collect your contact information (like your email address), financial information (like your account or credit card numbers), and demographic information (like your zip/postal code). Where necessary, we will share information about you and your purchase with our restaurants, spa and other internal departments. We will only provide the necessary information to ensure your information is protected. Internal Departments (i.e. Our Spas, Wine Country Trolley Tour Company etc.) will only use your credit-card information to process your ticket(s) or reservation(s).

Security of our guests is of utmost importance to Vintage Hotels. Credit card information, names, addresses, e-mail addresses and any other personal information that guests may provide within Vintage Hotels are safeguarded by using industry standard practices both online and offline.

We run contests on our site in which we ask visitors for contact information (like their email address) and demographic information (like their zip/postal code, age, etc). We use contact data from our contests to send subscribers information about our company and promotional material about our destination. We send all reservations and new members a welcoming email. Established members will occasionally receive information on products, services, special deals, and a newsletter. We may, at times, also send the user site and service announcement updates. Members are not able to un-subscribe from service announcements, which contain important information about the service. We communicate with the user to provide requested services and in regards to issues via email. (i.e. a new internet provider, an update of our e-technology, booking engine, etc)

11. Stated Prices

Unless otherwise stated, all prices are per person, per day, based on double occupancy, for specific room-type categories (usually Traditional) and subject to availability at time of booking on selected arrival and departure dates. Airfare, transfers, port charges, car-hire, train fare, gratuities and government fees are additional unless otherwise specified. Rates are valid at time of posting to the internet. Offers are capacity controlled and may be withdrawn at any time without notice. Some restrictions and blackout periods may apply. Vintage Hotels is not responsible for errors of omission or information that may occur as a result of the transfer of information from selected third parties, technical or human error.

12. Notification of Changes and Consent

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post these changes on our Homepage. This way, our subscribers, users and visitors to our site are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under circumstances, if any, we disclose it.
