• Take Gardiner Expressway West to QEW (Hamilton/Niagara) or Hwy. 401 West to Hwy. 403 to QEW.
• Follow the QEW Niagara all the way around the lake and over the St. Catharines Skyway Bridge

• Turn left on York Road
• Turn right onto Airport Road. Follow Airport Road until it intersects with Niagara Stone Road/Highway 55 (2nd stop)
• Turn right onto Niagara Stone Road/Highway 55 and follow it until you enter Niagara-on-the-Lake "Old Town" (approximately 13 kms)
• Turn right on John Street. Pillar and Post is on your left hand side, approximately 1 km down
• Pull up in front of the hotel and our door person will assist you with your luggage and Valet park your vehicle

• Take exit 50 to merge onto I-290 W/Youngmann Expy toward Niagara Falls
• Take the exit onto I-190 N toward Niagara Falls

• Continue straight onto Queenston-Lewiston Bridge

• Take 405 W to Stanley Avenue
• Turn right to stay on Portage Rd, continue East on Portage
• At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Niagara Pkwy
• The Niagara Parkway eventually becomes the main street in town
• Turn left at the King Street intersection and follow to the first stop sign. The Pillar and Post will be on your right.

Early arrivals and late departures
Check-in time begins at 3:00pm and check out time is 11:00am. If your room can be made available prior to 3:00pm we will be happy to check you in, otherwise, we can store your luggage and you are welcome to use the hotels facilities. While you may certainly request an early check-in, we are unable to guarantee this request.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations must be received up to 48 hours prior to arrival date so as to avoid any penalties or fees. Cancellations after this time are subject to one night’s room and tax charges, or alternate penalties as applies to special packages or promotions.
