Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to prepare for your spa experience. Upon arrival you will be greeted warmly and presented with a cozy robe, sandals and a private locker.
You will be provided with a robe, a pair of sandals and a secure space to store your belongings upon arrival. You are advised to leave your valuables at home as the spa can not assume responsibility for lost or misplaced items.
We ask all guests to complete a mandatory health form on arrival so that our therapists can prepare your experience and offer expertise tailored to your needs. Please advise us at time of booking of any relevant health conditions. Please inform agent if you require an insurance receipt when reserving your appointment. Health claim receipts may only be issued for Swedish massages. Please advise if you are paying with a gift certificate so we may indicate this on the receipt.
Pagers and cell phones are not permitted in The Millcroft Spa's treatment areas, so we ask that you leave these devices in your private locker. The Millcroft Inn & Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Advertised treatment times are approximate. In the interest of of privacy, your body is draped during all treatments with the exception of the part of your body being worked on. Your therapist will discuss this with you prior to beginning your treatment.
To schedule an appointment at The Millcroft Spa, Centre for Well-Being you will need to provide a valid credit card number to secure your reservation. Please note that treatment times are approximate in length. Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment. All our prices are in Canadian dollars and are subject to change. Treatments are subject to availability.
Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled without penalty if notification is provided at least 48 hours in advance of the booking time. Full retail charges will be applied and charged for late cancellations or missed appointments.
Gratuities are not included in the treatment price, but are always appreciated for outstanding service. They can be awarded in cash - via special envelopes available at the Spa Reception Desk, as an addition to your Interac or Credit Card Transaction, or assigned to your guestroom account.
